Open water certification near Venice?

My husband and I are traveling to Florida in March. We will be spending several days near Venice before embarking on a cruise. We would love to do our OW certification dives near Venice. Does anyone have recommendations for good, safe, through dive instruction in that area? We are doing our coursework and pool work through PADI.
