Hotel Maya Luna at the Carribbean coast of Mexico is looking for an enthusiastic couple who is interested to rent, manage and maintain this small ecological resort.
THe Hotel Restaurant is located 4 kilometers south of the important cruise ship port Mahahual, Puerto Costa Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico. For more information, have a look at Maya Lunas website: http://www.hotelmayaluna.com.
We offer a reasonable rent-maintenance contract that will provide in living-costs and extra profit-sharing above the daily running- and maintenance-costs.
There are lots of possibilities to extend existing income generating activities: restaurant-, beach-bar, yoga, dive-, snorkel- and fishing-tours. Start your own small diveshop (ability to invest in the equipment)
To manage the hotel restaurant successfully, the couple we are looking for should share the following skills and competencies: Spanish and English; Maintenance of solar-systems, generator, water pumps, and plumbing; Experience in running a small hotel and restaurant, preferable in Mexico; Minimum period of one year; Ability to buy a car;
