I used the D530 on a recent dive trip. It is a great little light that is super handy to keep clipped on a D-ring for quick access. During a recent dive trip to Catalina Island, I used the D530 to highlight the colors of the marine life while I was at depth. Great luminosity during midday around 50ft deep.

The rechargeable battery is fantastic, and is one of the highlights of this flashlight. Just plugging the micro-B cable into the top of the battery and then into a wall charger is ingenious. Charging light on the battery tells you when it's charging and then full. Saved me from having to remember to bring one more charger on the boat.

Quick little video of my daytime use is at: OrcaTorch D530
