We recently added the light to our product line. I think customers will be very happy.

Is the rotary head magnetic? If so, how is the issue with magnet degradation dealt with?

OrcaTorch D700 is rotary head switch; OrcaTorch D550 is magnetic tail switch.

I'd like to see the D700 with a magnetic tail switch. It would be a perfect replacement for the discontinued Dive CX1.

May I ask why do you prefer magnetic tail switch? Is there any advantage? Then I will forward your suggestion to R&D team.

No confusion from turning left vs right that I've had with mechanical heads. And if you shroud the tail switch they are less likely to come compared to side switches.

For the last three years been using the discontinued Dive Rite CX1 which is a light similar to the D700 but with the tail switch.
