Last week, Toshiro Paulis passed away.

He was one of the pioneer divers in Palau alongside Peter Wilson. In the late 60Ž´s and early 70Ž´s, they discovered dive sites which made Palau world famous.

Toshiro was born in Pohnpei, unknown to many Palauans, and will be laid to rest there this week.

He was a great father and husband and will be remembered as a true scuba dive pioneer.
