Panasonic Lx5 and RecSea Housing info

Hi to all,
I have seen on internet this housing of Seatool-RecSea for Panasonic Lx5
Fisheye 60m underwater case for Panasonic Lumix LX5 camera. Cameras Underwater.
Perhaps someone had the opportunity to use this housing.
Is it usable the rear wheel to change shutter speed or aperture of the Lx5 ??
How is this housing generally ??

Below is a picture of the rear of the Recsea LX5 Housing, showing the rear dial control. I have no experience with this housing, but the firm is very well regarded.

The housing has a 52mm port thread, which means you can attach 52mm macro lenses and also the 130 degree FOV FIX UWL-04 x0.45 conversion lens 52/67mm screw type. This wet lens is also well regarded by certain wide angle enthusiasts.

Another interesting option is the Dyron 180 degree FOV fisheye, but I have no experience with this:
