My LDS quoted $370.00 for this trade-in program even though I mentioned the $245 price. They claimed they called Tusa. They are authorized Tusa retailers. What do you recommend I do?

We recommend having them contact our Tech Service department. They may have possibly not received the correct information or are not aware of the Trade-In program details. Additionally, you could forward them the program paperwork or email us your name and contact and the retailers name and location to service@tusa.com and we can contact them directly if you prefer.
