I just recently purchased a used Ikelite case for my Canon 300d and am in need of a few parts.

I need the parts as follows
Standard Zoom Clamp & Sleeve Set
Large Dia. Zoom Clamp & Sleeve Set
1/16" Hex Head Wrench for Gears
1/8" Hex Head Wrench for Knobs
Lens Cleaning Cloth
Spare Control Tips
Spare Pushbutton E-Clips
Silicone Lubricant

I am curious to where i can purchase mainly the standard zoom clamp and sleeve set at
