Thanks Jag. If someone can only confirm if these are still current or revised or whatever, then it would be very useful.

If enforced, then that many should be members/pay dues to PCSSD. IMO, the rules are pretty good, but they need to be properly put into practice.

Also, PCSSD (part of DoT?) can do a helluva lot to help promote dive tourism in the PI's - especially in some of the more remote and developing areas.

They can pay for a wonderful website that everyone can contribute to if they have a system to collect monies.
