Shoot it with a .45 to create the hole. :D

Saves from having to buy a punch.
Not only will that create a nice hole for the pee valve, but it'll also make a hole so you can finally do the warhammer maneuver in a drysuit. :wink:
 
I'd say the first guy to show up with a Warhammer valve in his drysuit has a lot of trouble finding a buddy. :mooner:
 
Wayne, Waterproof says to heat the edges of the hole in the liner to prevent fraying. Have you been doing that?

That is correct you can do that. We have left that up to the diver. The suits that we have done here, the customer has waited and then put the liner in when they got home. Not sure if they followed through or not!
 
It is done.

The hole in the shell, the hole in the liner, the P-valve installed.

There was no air escaping around the P-valve or anywhere else.

Fourteen weeks till dive season....
