Congrats on your recovery!! I never descend as fast as my dive buddies anymore because I'd hate to permanently damage my ears (now that I realize they are not invincible...) but there's nothing wrong with taking it slow and easy. Hope you have a great first dive back, and I'm betting your ear will feel fine!
