Photoshop books?

Anyone have good suggestions for Photoshop books that lean towards the underwater domain?

As well as suggestion for good plug-ins?

Just starting to mess with it, and need all the help I can get!

While not directly related to editing for underwater, anything and everything by Scott Kelby would be my recommendation. His books are easy and fun to read, good instructions, very practical applications.
