I color correct and it looks fine, until I come back a few minutes later. Then I decide to back off the correction a bit by lowering the layer opacity a bit to mix back in some of the original.

Yeah, I have the same problem with saturation and contrast... Rule of thumb I now use it, adjust it so it looks Kewl.. then back off half way... so an adjust of +10 backed off would be around +5.. rule of thumb but it's usually where I end up..

Until the next Rule of Thumb (RoT) heheh... :wink:
