It does not appear to be Scubapro (Mk2). But why do you need to know the brand. I would bet it can be serviced with generic parts,

I need to know the quality and reliability! Good for cold water? Etc..
Looks similar to an Oceanic SP-5 - similar configuration etc. Pop it open?

also looks like the first stages hollis is putting on the prism2. Probably just a generic parts kit for the pistons
