Pop up on my PM

Greetings to the appropriate members to help me to fix the pop up on my PM screen that is preventing me from reading my PM's.
It has just appeared to hinder me in the last few days and I have not been able to stop it or move it to be able to read my messages.
I have two things going right now and not able to respond, NOT COOL!
I would appreciate a message or remove the pop up please!

I'm not sure if I follow what you're asking, but if you want to turn off the pop up notification PM go to the link below and change the 4th setting under the Private Messaging options.

It is a box add that blocks my PM message.
Stupidly simple but even my computer savy wife cannot figure out how to move it.
Sorry I just can not retrieve my messages.

It is like the add box in the heading but it appears on my Pm screen covering my message.
I am not sure how it got there I did not change any settings.
Sorry for the hassle.

If it's a pop up add, you may have malware on your computer. AFAIK SB does not use any type of pop up ads.
