Hey. Princeton Tec makes some awesome lights for SCUBA diving. They also have an awesome Facebook page. From sneak peeks of new products to event updates to things that you can’t find anywhere else, the community page is your place for staying up-to-speed with one of the leaders in outdoor lighting innovation. Check it out here on Facebook - Princeton Tec.

Actually, I find their lights to be overpriced for what you get. I've got a Miniwave LED, which was pretty poor. So I decided to modify it by putting in better focusing optics and brighter LEDs. It's now the brightest light on the boat every time, unless someone has a 25W HID. Furthermore, I get around 4 hours burn time out of 4 C cell batteries at full brightness with no dimming, thanks to the extremely efficient LEDs and vastly improved circuitry that I'm using.

Given what I paid for the original light, it really should have been better. But that's OK, I'm quite happy with it the way it is now.

For some reason both Princeton Tec and UK are not able to upgrade their LED's and you can find lights with newer and more efficient LEDs.

Do like Princeton Tec's customer service - flooded a Tec 40, mailed it in (no receipt) and got a new one back :)

I agree. Over the years I have had a few lights needing attention and the response was top drawer.
