Any good dive shop should have some that will work, although they won't be PT branded- just bring in the old o-rings and lights so that they can size them up.

You can also check in the plumbing section of most hardware stores, but be sure to check the hardness and also realize that your o-rings might be slightly stretched out. The hardware store o-rings are usually cheaper, although my LDS usually gives my o-rings for free!
 
Your LDS should have them or should be able to order them for you. If you bought your light from them you may even be able to get them replaced for free.
 
If you know the size I can find you basically every O-Ring, but shipping might be expensive to to you, so if you can find them localy it would be cheaper.
