Pressed Steel (PST) galvanized high pressure (3442psi) steel tanks. Tank recently (03/2018) had hydro, just had VIP and oxygen cleaning and are ready for dive season! Thermo pro valves (will do DIN or yoke regulators with an insert) and tank boots included.

I can't tell from the neck stampings you've shown, but is there a chance these are 3500 psi tanks, not 3442 E7 tanks? What do the rest of the stampings say?

They are the E7 series, 3442psi tanks... not the old skinny neck tanks. I can try to get more pictures later, but I will guarantee they are not they skinny neck tanks, these are the newer version with 3/4" valve.
