PST LP 104 -- buoyancy stats

Well, just to confuse everyone even more, on PST's comparison chart of the old LP tanks to the new E series, they have the 104 listed as -4.8 empty and -12.6 full.

I have to think that this is correct, or close, because I have used a set before, and they were much heavier than my 112's which are only slightly negative when empty.
