Questions on my new Ranger LTD

Finally got my new BC, just in time for a trip to the Keys next week

The adjustable D rings on thwe shoulder aren't adjustable. The sewing to provide slots to adjust the inflator hose velcro is done on both sides and both are locked in the lowest position, Is this correct or am I missing something?

The left vertical D ring is missing. Has this been deleted from the Ranger LTD?

I have had my LTD about 6 months. No vertical D ring. The D rings on the shoulders are not adjustable. The velcro to hold the inflator hose comes out and can be moved, but the shoulder strap is sew so that it will not slide up.

Don't know if it is right or not.
