I've never seen a tank in Japan without a boot (other than Steve's and Thomas's aluminum 80s and Steve's and Marc's deco bottles.) Best recollection, I have also never seen a steel tank there in other than gray. Process of elimination...

Since they make all possible dive-gear in pink and white i keep wondering about the tanks??? why grey???

Well you did not say size either but I'll guess at 2x12l so the price sounds cheap for out here...
