I went from Jacket to Back because I found I had more mobility in the Back then in the Jack. Idk if that counts as "too busy", but that's what I found. Even properly weighted and what not I found a huge difference. And the only adjustment I had to make was at the surface and how to work with the Back set up.

And my Vote goes to the Aqualung / Seaquest Balance :)

Ralph read general note 1 of that PDF.

it says "(1): ALL BUOYANCY COMPENSATORS IN SECTION 1.0.x ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE AS A LIFE
PRESERVER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER COUNTER BALANCE WEIGHTS ARE UTILIZED OR NOT."

However, the BCD he referred to is listed under under 1.1.x "Life Preservers".
This was interesting news info for me, i.e., that there are actual BCDs considered as such.

I am in the market for a new BC and like the rear inflation models because they are less "busy" in the front. Is their any drawbacks to the rear inflation? If you became unconscious on the surface would this type BC keep your face out of the water? Thanks to all.
