Reccomendations for late May 2017

I am planning an Indonesia trip in 2nd half of May to mid June. I will probably do a liveaboard trip in June to Sangalaki. Any suggestions for the 3rd and 4th week of May?

I am thinking of going to Raja Ampat for late May. Any suggestions of either North or South Raja Ampat in late May? How is the weather during that period?

I prefer to see bigger stuff and not muck.

Mid June to September is the off season for R4...big wind and rain. However late May is probably going to be OK. Most say R4 in October through April.

I would add June + bigger stuff = Komodo

Matt is right. Raja is not the best place in June till September. This is where the season starts in Komodo.
If you like to spent a lot of money for Raja i should say wait a few more months. Thats the best.
