What the heck is it? Everytime I try and use it it locks up my browser , but I am guessing its user submitted dive sites. If this is the case, how do you submit stuff and is it part of SCUBABOARD or something seperate that is just linked too from here?

the feature you refer to is part of Boat , marine, yacht charts with navigation, route & weather - NavQuest.Com, one of our affiliates.

It is not part of ScubaBoard.
