Reefmaster Mini Wide Angle and Video

I was going to buy the wide angle lens for my Reefmaster mini but before I do, I was wondering how it affects shooting video. I find that most of my still shots are blurred probably from being to close to the subject (even with the macro switch engaged). I think the wide angle lens would help me with this problem but I hope it doesn’t compromise the videos. Has anyone tried the WA lens while shooting video?

Using the wide angle attachment will not compromise videos. Everything will still work the same way, just allowing for closer video.
