I just don't log dives
Just received a new FS-2 compass and want to remove the compass module and move it to a DSS mount. I was going to attempt pushing the module from the boot, but on the underside of the boot is marked <CLOSE OPEN>. This makes me wonder if there's some secret trick to removing the compass module by twisting on the boot somehow.

Anyway, wanted to ask before breaking something. Thanks for any info.

To release the compass module, lace your fingers together and put the swivel end of each half of the wrist band in the heel of each hand and squeeze the heels together.

Got it, thanks Jules.
