My dsmb leaks on both sides at the seams (about 1' up each side). Can this be sealed with aqua seal or something else? Or should I just get a new one?

Most likely it is toast.
Even a temp repair would be external.
If you could gorp up the seam inside of the tube with Aquaseal or some marine epoxy it might hold for a while, but inevitably it will leak again.
How old is the sausage/tube/marker??

Chug
Considers these things to be a kind of life support.....
especially if it annoys others.

2 or 3 yrs. I have several so it's not a big deal.

Unless you can re weld the seam I think you're gonna have to go shopping. I had one leak once, it was a Carter, returned it to them they sent me a new one and returned the old one re welded but said they didn't know for sure if it would hold...it did. Great customer service by the way and nice people too.

If you got good service out of the sausage....I would just buy another one. They aren't that expensive.
