I have used 2 different "glues" for polycarb repair.

1) Weld-on 16 Fast Set - this is a solvent cement and does not fill gaps very well. It is advertised to work on both polycarb and acrylics. I used this to repair the latch on a Canon housing. It has held up for more than 5 years.

2) E6000 - this is an adhesive that sticks to just about everything and is flexible - so it fills gaps. I used this to mount a pair of Nikonos bulkheads embedded into a polycarb block onto a S&S polycarb housing. I needed a bit of gap filling since my hand crafted parts were not perfect fit.
