Our guest speaker will be Dallas Weston. Dallas has been a Certified Scuba diver for 23 years with over 2000 dives. He has had a wide variety of experiences from being a Richmond Firefighter and VAVRS EMT Volunteer, to PADI IDC Staff Instructor/dive shop owner. He also was a National Registered Paramedic/Dan O2 instructor and Red Cross/ American Heart First Aid/ CPR instructor.
