Alright, since Rix sent this with no questions asked and people keep asking me for it, here it is. This was sent to me by the engineers at Rix in 2020 as the most up to date copy they have, so it's about as good as it is going to get. Maybe @iain/hsm has something better, but this is the best that Rix themselves have.
