I rather prefer the information out of the ridiculous HGTV "I want a home in Roatan" series.

It's all starting to make sense now.
Was she acting like a poorly informed buyer or was she acting the part of a new best friend... The real estate agent?
if a viewer had even the slightest familiarity with the expanse of Roatan and the change that moving to an island causes- you watched that show and shook your head.

The shows can be entertaining, They filmed a House hunters a few doors down from me a few years ago, in a little over a week they did the entire show, INCLUDING the part where they return a few months later to see how things are going,
