Hi,

Have been photographing these little guys a bunch recently, as well, in Grand Cayman .It is commonly referred to as a BlackHead Blenny, or Emblemariopsis Caribe. Another good place to find them is hiding among coral polyps, where their colors can blend perfectly.

Happy to help

Cindy
