I'll be doing a backwater dive next week - where you go out in several thousand feet of water at night and wait to see what comes by.

I'd love to photograph the small translucent alien critters that float by, and wondering if anyone has recommendations on settings - will standard macro settings need adjustment? Is autofocus even a possibility? And what settings for video recordings are likely to yield the best results?

I'll be working with a YS-01 and a Sola 800 light, if that makes a difference.

Thanks!
