We're booked with SeaSaba and staying at Juliana's.

We'll dive as much as we can handle and would like to hear about your favorite dive sites and special things you saw or did while there.

Thanks,

Don

You are staying at a very nice place in a very nice locaion on the island and diving with an operation that has their act together. If you are a big nature lover the island is almost breathtaking. Very clean, no crime and very friendly people.
Just relax and enjoy. Dive nitrox.
I hope you are flying in and not taking the ferry. The landing and takeoff is GREAT.

was in Saba in June. had a great time! we were there for 3 1/2 days, then went to st. maarten for beach time as there are no beaches on saba. we spent our first day hiking to the top of mt. scenery,(it's a hike! but worth it!) stayed up there about 1 1/2 hrs going to the various lookout points, then hiked back down, total of 5 hours. then spent the next two days diving. we stayed at scout's place/saba divers. enjoyed everything. it's a neat island. we were only able to do six dives (3 each of our diving days).......didn't have enough people interested in night diving or we would have loved to do some night dives as well. enjoyed our diving very much. you'll want to do the dive site called "eye of the needle".........a really neat pinnacle rising up from the depths to around 100'.

Thanks for the info........

Sea Saba doesn't list a site called "eye of the needle." They probably call it something else but we'll ask about it for sure.

Thanks

I think the site is "third encounter" and the narrow pinnacle is the needle.

Anyway,its an awesome dive.
