I lived on Saipan for 26 years until I retired in 2005. My daughter still lives there, so I make annual return visits. Although I was a regular diver when I lived there, my visit this month was the first time back in the water on Saipan since retirement. I dove with Harry Blaylock who is the proprietor of Axe Murder Tours, which now has a very nice dive shop in the tourist section of Garapan. (The web site has a map of the shop location, prices, dive site description, etc.)

Diving with Harry is laid back and very un-regimented. We did two dives at The Grotto. There were just three customers. I enjoyed myself immensely.
