I had a good experience with Banda Dive shop -http://www.bandadiveshop.com/. Their boat leaves from Hotel Lord's dock and they can give you a hotel/dive package. They are laid back, no hurrying, but always on time somehow. The hotel is centrally located - next to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants.
