Scaly-tailed Mantis Shrimp?

On a trip to Roatan last week, I caught what I think is a Scaly-tailed Mantis Shrimp in mid-strike. I'm a bit surprised given the speed of these critters, and I've not yet found a similar picture online anywhere...

Anyway, I didn't know anything about these things until I did some research after seeing it on the dive. Pretty amazing creatures. Am I right with my identification of species?
