That gives them some idea how really big that guy was. I always like to tell the kids ,your teeth are how big? Now look at the mammoth tooth,now you can imagine how big that guy really was!!!! It great. Do you think we have any future divers in the group? :D

I hope so!!:D I remember, after the hurricane when they had me teaching science, I was describing how I was diving at Red Rock reef, was neutrally buoyant & was able to ride the current kind of like an underwater airplane & one of the kids (one who wasn't normally interested in science) looked at me & said "Wow, can you really do that?!" To which I replied "you betcha.":) Kids love to learn, we just have to make it real for them.
