Reminds me more of a Salvo 3W backup light (Pre-Light Monkey) due to the battery wire and rubber bezel.

It just may be a Salvo.
Not sure.
Bought it many moons ago from a dive shop.

I wanna know as much as you guys. I feel like I'm going to run out of money and wives before I do, though.

I have a couple of original Halcyon/EE scout lights and they look identical to your picture. I’m pretty sure the originals didn’t have the H on the bezel. Mine do now because I replaced the bezel and upgraded them to LED.

I’ve never seen a Salvo Scout, but the way Salvo started, they may look the same.

When I bought it the guy from the dive shop mentioned that It was a Halcyon scout light.
He was a Halcyon dealer.

The "Photon Torpedo" ones I have were made by Gulftex (now defunct). They used the same UK sl4 eLED bulb and bezel assembly that the Halcyon Scouts did at the time.
