Didn't this boat used to be named the Coral Princess? I always wondered what became of the Captain after the deadly accident.
 
They had more than one boat.

The captain was not charged with any wrongdoing, nor was he found to be at fault, and still holds his captain's license.

Yes, the Coral Princess was restored and renamed the Black Pearl (I believe the name is a Pirates of the Caribbean reference).
I've always had great dives with SFDH and find their crew to be great and their boats very comfortable.
