When people think of an oasis, they imagine a piece of heaven in the middle of the tranquil desert sand dunes. Have you ever experienced an oasis first hand? The answer to this is most likely NO because very few exist around the world.
The true beauty of Siwa Oasis is not that it is just an oasis. It is one of the world’s last pristine oases, home to a spectacular natural landscape, ancient historical ruins and unique cultural experiences. You read that right!
Siwa Oasis does not just have beauty; it also has a lot of ancient history from Cleopatra to Alexander the Great. In fact like the rest of Egypt it has over 12,000 years of history.
When you join our Dive Rejuvenation trip you will truly get an adventure experience of a lifetime. You will go to places very few people on the planet have ever gone to. We will take you throughout the full coast of the Red Sea on board one of our finest liveaboards the Sea Queen 1 starting your scuba diving in the north out of Sharm El Sheikh diving sites from Ras Mohamed to Saint John Reef which is the furthest reef in the south Red Sea close to Sudan.
38 dives later and after a lot of nitrogen build up, you will then be taken to rejuvenate in Siwa Oasis and experience a place very few people knew it ever existed.
During your four days of stay in Siwa Oasis, you will be staying at Tala Ranch which is one of the top hotels in the area. It is located on the beautiful Dakrour Mount. This is by far one of the most unique experiences you will ever get because Tala Ranch is an eco-lodge. This means that you will get a 4 star experience while being ecologically friendly.
Over the four days, you will get to experience a camel safari. By the end of it you will truly know what it means to ride a camel. You will also experience a jeep safari which is the closest experience you will get to riding a roller coaster in the desert. Finally you will camp for a day in the desert with the Bedouins to see their traditions, culture and eat their food. An option will be offered for the adventure seekers if they would like to try some sand boarding.
From a historical perspective you will visit the Mountain of the Dead, Shali, The Oracle Temple (which has Alexander the Great’s crowning room) and Amoun ruins where you bathe in the Cleopatra Bath.
This is definitely a trip that you do not want to miss. JUST TO BE CLEAR. This is not a trip for those seeking a lame bus tour of different monuments. This is a trip for the adventure seekers that have already seen the monuments in Egypt and want to experience something that very few people have ever experienced.
