Size is M/L; Jacket-style, has many "bells and whistles" including integrated weight system (Sure-Lock, as termed by Seaquest), adjustable waist/cummerbund system, self-contained spring-loaded lanyard, and front-activated rear-dump, with several stainless steel D-rings throughout.
