ScubaBoard instructions

Where can I find instructions on how to get around ScubaBoard? I want to keep up with new posts, but I don't want to sift through all of the old posts. How can I quickly jump to new posts, and only in the forums I'm interested in?

There is a link on the bar at the top of the page that will take you to New Posts. And if you go to your control panel ("User CP"), pick "Edit Options", scroll down near bottom of the page. You can pick the forums you don't want to see in New Posts.
