Scubapro's MK17 EVO First Stage is still in SP's NEW 22-23 Product Catalog for the EMEA region that just came out in combination with the S600 and C370 second stages in addition to first stage only. It hasn't disappeared from the SP product line yet and doesn't seem to be disappearing any time soon.

For the good folks in the US and want one, let me know :p

The MK19 first stage is cheaper here and still in the catalogue.
MK19 $204.96 US [$315 AU].
MK17 $207.51 US [$319 AU] $575.85 US with a S600, $448 US with a C370.

And free postage.

That is good news I hope, I would take a 17 over a 19 even if it costs more.

Me too.

I can get them new but price went up from last year by a reasonable amount.

I'm all about the Mikron/Titan/Helix now though.

That's not bad pricing at all, I pay around $300 AUD.

MK17 is like cockroach, it can survive not only bad decisions of corporate management but also nuclear war.

Mk17 looks like a tank

Which do you prefer mk17 or 19

If I have to choose only one of them for rest of my life, I would pick MK17, I own multiple of them in different generations and they are stellar. MK19 is good if you definitely need turret and a fifth port, for example sidemount diving. You can still make 17 work for sidemount but it will be less than optimal.
