I've been a long time Scubatoys customer. Living here in Cozumel means I need to coordinate the delivery of the things I buy with someone coming here to visit.
Yesterday, I ordered some gear. One piece had to come directly from Dive Rite and wouldn't make it in time for them to ship it forward to Arlington Tx from Carrolton, Tx. Samantha, who took my call at Scubatoys, said she would drive the piece to Arlington for me. That's about a 40 minute drive one way.
That level of service is above and beyond in my book. Thanks Samantha and thanks Scubatoys.
