Sea&Sea G5WP-SS camera Settings

Hi

I have just purchached a Sea&Sea GE G5WP-SS camera with housing and strobe.

If diving at, say 20 meters, should one use it on ASCN mode or on Manual and Manual White Balance? And if so, which ISO value should I try?
