Sea&Sea optical cables and PT-EP13 housing

Hey team, I noticed the other day the the Sea&Sea cable are a little loose in the Oly EP13 housing. Has anyone come across this or found an o-ring that is a little thicker and will hold the cable in the housing better?

You may want to obtain replacement plugs. I found these double hole models, though single hole might be available from Olympus or Sea and Sea

or Fiber Optic Sensor Cap Sea&Sea/Olympus

Another idea might be to coat the plug with a light coat of silicone. Let it cure fully. This would increase the circumference of the the plug and make it fit tighter. .
