Searching for Canyon/Travis Dive buddy

Hi Everyone,

I am going back to Flower Gardens in August and want to do some local diving before then to get back into the swing of things. I was thinking of joining the Aug 15-16 trip but I'm not signed up yet.

I have not got to dive this year due to different reasons but I am ready get the best out of the rest of the year. However, I have lost my dove buddy (not literally) and I am looking for a new one in the area to get use to before the trip. I have a boat we can dive from or I am just as happy at the dam or WP. I am also certified scientific diver at Aquarena which is 5 minutes from the house if thats easier.

Hi there...
I'll be at Travis this coming wknd 7/19-20 doing some classes with fun-dives in between. I may be able to hook up with you. If not, I can hook up for an evening dive this week or next and I'm free the wknd of 7/26-27. I'm the trip lead for the FG trip over Labor Day. It is a 3 day trip - 8/29-9/1. The shop is Scubaland.

Let me know what your dive plans are this week and let me know your thoughts about the FG over Labor Day!
