I have two regulators that came with MIFLEX second stage hoses. One swivels quite easily, the other not so well. I have pulled back the hose protectors to make sure that this wasn't the cause. Is there a way to make it swivel more effortlessly. i.e. apply silicon at swivel point, break it in by swiveling it back and forth (perhaps this will wear out internal seal quicker); return the reg to store; something else?
