Hello, I sent my regulator to have its annual service and the shop lost the booklet where the yearly entries are made documenting the service. I am waiting for a response from the shop as to what they intend to do about this. My question is, will I have problems getting the free parts especially if I use another shop? Is keeping the receipts from the annual service sufficient?

they should get you a replacement book and fill in the entries that they have done in the past. They should have a record of this, but if not, you have your receipts.

Although, if the serial number is on the receipts, you shouldn't need anything else.
